Welcome to SkillTrix! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the online courses, tutorials, materials, and services (collectively, the “Services”) offered by SkillTrix (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using our Site and Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or Services.
1. Account Registration and Use
a. You may need to register for an account to access certain Services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
b. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your account, whether or not you have authorized such activities or actions.
c. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
d. SkillTrix reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided during the registration process or thereafter proves to be inaccurate, false, or misleading, or if you engage in any activity that violates these Terms.
e. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not share your account credentials or access with any third party.
2. Course Enrollment and Access
a. When you enroll in a course or purchase a Service, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the content associated with that Service for your personal, non-commercial, educational purposes only.
b. The duration of access to specific courses or Services will be as stated at the time of purchase or enrollment. Some courses may offer lifetime access, while others may be time-limited.
c. We reserve the right to revoke any license to access and use courses at any point in time in the event where we decide or are obligated to disable access to a course due to legal or policy reasons.
3. Payments, Fees, and Refunds
Refund will be credited within 7 business days to the original bank account.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
a. All content provided on the Site and through the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio clips, course materials, software, and the compilation thereof (the “Content”), is the property of SkillTrix or its content suppliers and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
b. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, translate, sell, create derivative works, exploit, or distribute in any manner or medium (including by email or other electronic means) any Content from the Site or Services unless explicitly authorized by us.
c. Any downloadable materials provided are for your personal, non-commercial use only.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Site or Services to:
a. Upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
b. Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
c. Engage in any activity that would interfere with or disrupt the Services or the servers and networks connected to the Services.
d. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to any SkillTrix server.
e. Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without express written permission by us.
f. Share course content, login credentials, or any proprietary information with third parties.
6. User-Generated Content (if applicable)
a. If you post comments, reviews, questions, or other content (“User Content”) on the Site or through the Services, you grant SkillTrix a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content throughout the world in any media.
b. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the User Content that you post; that the User Content is accurate; that use of the User Content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify SkillTrix for all claims resulting from User Content you supply.
c. SkillTrix has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any User Content.
7. Disclaimers
a. THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE COMPLETION.
b. SKILLTRIX DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
c. SKILLTRIX MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT YOU WILL OBTAIN SPECIFIC RESULTS FROM USE OF THE SERVICES OR THAT THE INFORMATION OBTAINED WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
d. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM SKILLTRIX OR THROUGH THE SERVICES SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS.
8. Limitation of Liability
a. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SKILLTRIX, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR YOUR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE SERVICES OR ANY CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
b. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SKILLTRIX’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF OR ANY INABILITY TO USE ANY PORTION OF THE SERVICES OR OTHERWISE ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO SKILLTRIX FOR THE SERVICES IN THE [e.g., 6 or 12] MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SkillTrix, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with (i) your access to or use of the Services or Content, (ii) your violation of these Terms, or (iii) your User Content.
10. Termination
a. We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
b. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services.
c. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
a. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
b. Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be finally settled by arbitration in India, using the English language in accordance with the Arbitration Rules and Procedures of [Specify Arbitration Body, e.g., the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, if applicable] then in effect.

b. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
c. No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of our right to later enforce that or any other part of these Terms.
d. Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without SkillTrix’s prior written consent. Any attempt by you to assign or transfer these Terms, without such consent, will be null. SkillTrix may assign or transfer these Terms, at its sole discretion, without restriction.
